our trip to mexico was positively delicious. mr. loves whales and i kicked-back completely, ate gobs of yummy food, drank amazingly tropical cocktails, swam like fishes and returned to seattle refreshed and renewed.
here are a few of the best parts of our trip:
gemmy blue waters of the carribean. swimming all day long. eating dessert at almost every meal. driving. the ruins and the beach at tulum. reading for hours on end. not thinking about what i needed to do next. seeing the mister maxxx out on the beach. laughing deliriously. dressing up for dinner. this new textile.
FUNNIER now than at the time:
our plane's inner windshield shattered and we dropped down low because they thought we would lose cabin pressure, and the flight attendents were FREAKING out. people were crying.
Reflections:
while on my trip, i had time and space to reflect on next steps for the shop. there are changes on the wind, my dears. the best kind of changes.
