Clear and white.

My watercolor class met for the final time on Monday. We worked on painting white objects. Because I was too sick to attend the previous week's class on painting transparent objects, my teacher instructed me on that topic as well.

For these two projects, I really liked using hot press paper, because it highlights each brush stroke and looks cool with my pencil sketches underneath.
First, the white goblet.
Then, the clear jug.
P.S. I have been working on some crazy new pieces all day today. I cannot wait to share them with you. Also, I am adding more originals to the shoppe. This week, look for the originals in the texture series I created in November.
