Reflections.

I just saw "The Last King of Scotland." Although the storyline was obviously quite upsetting and disturbing, the images were so compelling. In one scene, the character played by Gillian Anderson (agent skully from "x files") wore this amazing tunic with an abstract print on that looked like a knit stitch under a microscope of sorts. That inspired me to explore texture through a new series of watercolors. Here is a sketch.

peace.
